RETURN OF GOODS, WARRANTY
1. The buyer (consumer) has the right, without giving a reason, to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of the goods by notifying the seller in writing within 7 working days from the delivery of the goods, under the following conditions:
1.1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of the product only if the product is of good quality, has not been damaged and its appearance has not changed significantly (changes in the appearance of the product or its packaging necessary to inspect the product are not considered substantial).
1.2. Upon receipt by the seller of a written notice of withdrawal from the purchase and sale agreement, the goods shall be returned to the buyer’s account within 7 days of receipt of the notice.
1.3. Upon receipt of the returned goods and evaluation of their quality, the price of the goods shall be refunded within 15 days from the receipt of the written notice of withdrawal.
1.4. The buyer may not exercise the right to withdraw from the contract for the sale of goods provided for in paragraph 1 if the contract is for the sale of audiovisual works and phonograms on any video and audio media, sale of computer programs (if the buyer has violated packaging protection), newspapers, magazines or other periodicals , goods which have been manufactured to the purchaser ‘s individual order and are obviously custom – made or which, by their nature, cannot be returned to the purchaser due to loss of goods have been perishable or are about to expire.
1.5. The product is returned in the original packaging of the product and the consignment (with instructions and warranty card, if they were provided with the product). 1.6. The buyer is responsible for completing the returned product. If the item is not complete, the seller will not accept the returned item.

3. The guarantee of the quality of the purchased goods provided by the seller does not restrict the rights of the buyer (consumer) after the purchase of a good or service of inappropriate quality.
