1. The buyer has the right, within 14 days from the date of transfer of the non-food product to him, to exchange the purchased product for a similar product of other size, shape, color, model or completeness at the place of purchase or another place specified by the seller. In the event of a difference in price during the exchange of goods, the buyer is obliged to settle with the seller at the recalculated prices.
2. If the seller does not have a suitable item for exchange, the buyer has the right to return the item to the seller within the time period specified in paragraph 1 and collect the price paid for it. The seller is obliged to return the price paid to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days from the date of return of the goods.
The costs associated with the exchange or return of a quality product are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. The buyer’s demand for the replacement of the goods is subject to satisfaction if the goods have not been used, are not damaged, have preserved their consumer properties and presentation, and the buyer has evidence of the purchase of the goods from this seller.
4. The buyer is responsible for completing the returned product. If the item is not complete, the seller will not accept the returned item.
5. If the delivered product does not meet the quality requirements, the buyer must contact the Z-motors UAB branch (addresses can be found here). For warranty service, the buyer can also call +370 520 757 12.
6. The LS2 warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of helmet purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or defects in the materials used in the production of the product.
7. LS2 will not be responsible for damage in the following cases:
7.1. Defects resulting from normal use.
7.2. Wear of parts due to frequent use or lack of proper maintenance (e.g., padding, liners, visors, sun visor mechanisms).
This warranty also does not cover damages caused by gravel, scratches, abrasions, or other damage to the outer shell and painted surfaces caused by the helmet’s contact with any other surface or object.
7.3. Improper use of the item or its mechanisms: the warranty does not cover issues arising from misuse, negligence, modifications, or accidents by the user.
7.4. Unauthorized modifications or alterations (e.g., tampering with the shell or interior – EPS/LINER, modification of the interior, painting or varnishing the shell).
7.5. Use of adhesives, glues, or chemicals that may damage the helmet surface.
7.6. Extended exposure to sunlight causes discoloration or material degradation: this warranty does not cover damages caused by fading or wear on other parts of the helmet due to sun exposure.
7.7. Surface erosion or damage due to contact with abrasive surfaces.
7.8. Fading of fluorescent colors over time due to exposure to external elements: fluorescent colors in paints and decorations may fade or degrade over time due to usage conditions and exposure to external elements, will not be considered a defect.
7.9. Subjective comfort issues not be considered warranty defects, as they are subjective perceptions that may vary from user to user. Possible allergic reactions are also excluded, as they are personal sensitivities that cannot be foreseen in the manufacturing process.
8. The guarantee of the quality of the purchased goods provided by the seller does not restrict the rights of the buyer (consumer) after the purchase of a good or service of inappropriate quality.
